Phoenician Capital is the investment manager for the Phoenician Offshore Funds. The Funds were modeled after the original 1950's Buffett Partnerships.
The Phoenician Offshore Funds are open to accredited high net worth individual investors and qualified institutions. The structure of the Funds is that of a Limited Partnership. By investing in the Funds, you become a Limited Partner.
Our Partnerships follow a unique set of rules which align management's interests with that of all Partners:
We will not charge Limited Partners fixed fees as most other investment funds do.
Investing in the Partnership should always be more beneficial than holding your money in a savings account; we do not collect any money from gains unless the Funds achieve at least a +6% performance.
Returns above +6% are subject to a 20% performance fee.
Our investments will be chosen on the basis of value, not popularity. The Funds invest in a conservative and responsible fashion.
The Funds invest in publicly traded equity ("Stocks") or debt ("Bonds") instruments on any exchange worldwide.
Limited partners receive quarterly account statements as well as audited financials, annually.
